Answering personal questions well, such as ,"Describe a time when", begins with an understanding of your goals and qualities that you possess that make you an excellent candidate.

In preparing for the personal questions on Casper, we encourage you to consider your answers to these questions below as an exercise in self-reflection. Make notes on each of these questions and carefully consider your life experiences that present good examples to enhance your answers.
